Of course, that's too fast, but the dawg was feeling good. I guess I should feel good after taking a four day break from running. Actually, I've been extremely busy with work (Blah!), which means the next two runs will be on Friday and Sunday.
Side bar:
I have been quite surprised, but the usual pain and soreness I have after long runs did not really take place this past weekend. I'm not sure why, other than hopefully hydrating myself better this time.
